CHICAGO – DePaul and Northwestern will co-host the NCAA Softball Super Regional this weekend (May 27-28) at Flames Field on the UIC campus.  The two teams will play a best of three game series.

Game one of the series will be Friday (May 27) at 3 p.m., while game two will be held on Saturday (May 28) at 5 p.m. If a third game is necessary, it will take place on Saturday at 7 p.m.

This is the sixth time the Blue Demons have been in a position to advance to the College World Series.  DePaul advance to the World Series in 1999 and 2000.

The DePaul/Northwestern series winner will earn a trip to the Women's College World Series, which will be held June 2-8 in Oklahoma City, Okla.
