STORRS, Conn. - The No. 65 DePaul women's tennis team recorded is third consecutive 7-0 victory when it cruised past Connecticut on Saturday at the University of Connecticut Courts. The Blue Demons dominated doubles and won every singles match in straight sets.

In their last three doubles matches, Lawson and Fargas have overpowered their opponents and dropped just one game.
DePaul's No. 64 doubles pair of Jasmin Kling and Gia McKnight clinched the doubles point with their 8-4 victory over Jennifer Learmonth and Maxene Weinberg on the top doubles court.
With the doubles point in hand, Cali Gustafson and Carolin Neumann finished off the sweep with their 8-5 win over Marie Gargiulo and Lauren Wilmarth on the third court.
After tearing through doubles, the Blue Demons settled into singles and allowed their strong serves and strategically placed shots to push them to victory.
Fargas, who was playing in the top singles spot for the first time since Jan. 28, was the first off the courts with a 6-1, 6-1 win over Jennifer Learmonth. Lawson followed on the fourth court with her 6-1, 6-3 victory over Lucy Nutting.
