DePaul Drops Indiana Invitational Finale

BLOOMINGTON, IN - The Blue Demons fought to the finish against Ball State, 1-3 (18-25, 15-25, 25-17, 23-25). Saturday night's match finished the competitive Indiana Invitational run for the Blue Demons, making their record 0-3.
The match saw one victory from the Blue Demons in the third set, winning 25-17 over Ball State. DePaul volleyball standout, Brittany Maxwell made a huge impact on the game with 15 total kills and 20 points. Caitlyn Coffey and Myah Reed helped with 16 kills combined.
The Blue Demons are back in town next week as they travel down to the University of Chicago for the UIC Invitational. The match will take place on Thursday, Aug. 31 against cross-town rival UIC and then on Saturday, Sept. 2 against Idaho. Fans can visit the DePaul volleyball schedule pagefor more information.
