DePaul faces Northwestern in Evanston at 11 a.m.
CHICAGO - DePaul plays the first of three consecutive games against local competition on Saturday at Northwestern. Following Saturday's action, the Blue Demons return to Wintrust Arena for matchups with Chicago State on Wednesday and UIC on Friday. Start time at Welsh-Ryan Arena is set for 11 a.m.
Saturday's game will be televised on the Big Ten Network with Cory Provus (play-by-play) and Shon Morris (analyst) handling the television duties. The game can also be seen online at foxsportsgo.com or the FOX Sports Go app. DePaul's radio tandem of Zach Zaidman (play-by-play) and Dave Corzine (analyst) can be heard on WSCR 670 AM as well as online on DePaul All-Access at www.depaulbluedemons.com. Northwestern is 6-3 overall this season and 0-2 in Big Ten play following a 62-60 loss to No. 5/5 Michigan on Tuesday night. DePaul head coach Dave Leitao is in his seventh season at DePaul and his fourth since returning to the program after leading the Blue Demons three postseasons in three years from 2002-05. Overall, the 2018-19 campaign is Leitao's 13th as a head coach at the collegiate level. Northwestern is led by Chris Collins who is in his sixth season leading the Wildcats.
Neighborhood Bully: Over the last eight-plus seasons (since start of 2010-11 season), DePaul is 17-5 against Chicagoland opponents (Chicago State, UIC, Loyola-Chicago, Northern Illinois, Northwestern)... in the last 18-plus seasons (since the start of 2000-01 season), the record against locals is 31-11... the Blue Demons play three local opponents in 2018-19 marking the seventh time in the last nine seasons with three locals on the schedule.

- Eli Cain played in his 100th career game tonight and started his 98th career game.
