DePaul-Marquette series enters its 124th game Wednesday night
CHICAGO - DePaul travels to Milwaukee for a Wednesday night BIG EAST game at Marquette. Start time on between the Blue Demons and Golden Eagles is set for 7:30 p.m. as DePaul looks to win its third straight BIG EAST road game. The Blue Demons knocked off St. John's at Carnesecca Arena, 79-71, on Jan. 12 and topped Seton Hall, 97-93, at Prudential Center on Jan. 19.
Wednesday's game will be televised on FS1 with Jeff Levering (play-by-play) and Stephen Howard (analyst) handling the television duties. Marquette - ranked No. 12 in this week's AP poll and No. 11 in the Coaches Top 25 - is 16-3 overall this season and 5-1 in BIG EAST play. The Golden Eagles enter Wednesday's contest following a 79-68 win over Providence on Sunday. The Blue Demons are 11-6 and 3-3 in the BIG EAST after the win at Seton Hall for DePaul's third win in its last four games. DePaul head coach Dave Leitao is in his seventh season at DePaul and his fourth since returning to the program after leading the Blue Demons three postseasons in three years from 2002-05. Overall, the 2018-19 campaign is Leitao's 13th as a head coach at the collegiate level. Marquette is led by Steve Wojciechowski who is in his fifth season leading the Golden Eagles.

- Three players scored at least 20 points for the first time since Jan. 31, 2001... Joe Tulley (23), Bobby Simmons (22) and Steve Hunter (20) accomplished the feat in an 86-68 win at Saint Louis.
- Eli Cain became the first player in program history with at least 1,400 career points, 350 assists and 150 three-pointers with his first two points of the game.
- Femi Olujobi grabbed a season-high 11 rebounds with 22 points for his first double-double of the season.
- Olujobi became the 25th player in program history to not miss a free throw in a game with at least 10 attempts… he went 10-for-10.
