CHICAGO, Ill. - The Blue Demons powered out a four set win 3-1 (25-17, 25-12, 25-27, 25-16) over Providence Saturday evening. The Blue Demons are now 10-8 (2-4 BIG EAST) on the season.
FROM COACH ZIDEK
"This team was overdue for a win like that," said head coach Marie Zidek. "Team focused, high energy and defensive focused. Britt got her swing going early, Emma had a great offensive performance and our middles were everywhere on the block. When we play team volleyball and make the non-stated plays it can be anybody's night. This sets us up for a nice road trip next weekend."
