Blue Demons Meet Hoyas in Washington, D.C. Wednesday

DePaul and Georgetown meet for first time this season
CHICAGO - DePaul travels to Washington, D.C. for the first of two straight Wednesday night games with Georgetown. The Hoyas make the return trip to Chicago next week. Start time Wednesday night at Capital One Arena is set for 7 p.m. ET.

Wednesday's game will be televised on CBS Sports Network with Carter Blackburn (play-by-play) and Pete Gillen (analyst) handling the television duties. DePaul's radio tandem of Zach Zaidman (play-by-play) and Dave Corzine (analyst) can be heard on WYLL 1160 AM as well as online on DePaul All-Access at www.depaulbluedemons.com.

Georgetown is 16-11 overall this season and 6-8 in BIG EAST play. The Hoyas enter Wednesday's contest following an 82-69 loss at Creighton on Sunday. The Blue Demons are 13-12 and 5-9 in the BIG EAST after last Wednesday's 79-67 loss against Creighton. DePaul head coach Dave Leitao is in his seventh season at DePaul and his fourth since returning to the program after leading the Blue Demons three postseasons in three years from 2002-05. Overall, the 2018-19 campaign is Leitao's 13th as a head coach at the collegiate level. Georgetown is led by Patrick Ewing who is in his second season leading the Hoyas and second season overall as a head coach at the collegiate level.
