DePaul Adds Transfer Boris del Valle

CHICAGO - DePaul men's soccer head coach Mark Plotkin announced the addition of Boris del Valle to the squad on Wednesday. He will join the team at the beginning of DePaul's Spring quarter.
del Valle comes to Lincoln Park from Monmouth University where he spent his first two years.Â
Plotkin is looking forward to having del Valle on the team.Â
"We are thrilled to add Boris to our goalkeeping core," Plotkin said. "After losing Kyle Smith to graduation and Brian Schwake to the professional ranks, we needed to fill the void with someone who has experience in college. We lost quality leadership, personality, and competitiveness with the departure of Kyle and Brian. We expect Boris to add a lot of energy to our team and strengthen our goalkeeping unit. He already has a great skillset and we are looking forward to developing him further when he joins us this spring."
