Blue Demons searching for first conference game
CHICAGO - DePaul men's soccer continues a slate of home matches when Marquette comes to Lincoln Park on Wednesday. First touch is scheduled for 1 p.m. CT and can be streamed on the Big East Digital Network presented by SoFi on FloSports.Â
DePaul (3-4-6, 0-2-4 BIG EAST) is searching for their first conference win of the season. The Blue Demons went 0-1-1 last week, falling to St. John's and drawing with No. 13 Xavier. The team scored twice in the week's outings, a team goal against the Red Storm and Cade Hagan's second goal of the season against Xavier.
Marquette (4-7-3, 0-3-3 BIG EAST) comes to Chicago after falling to Seton Hall 2-3 and fighting to a 1-1 draw with UConn last week. The Golden Eagles also tied Xavier earlier this season.Â
This will be the 38th meeting between the Blue Demons and the Golden Eagles, with Marquette leading the series 30-6-1.
