
Blue Demons Conclude Fall Season at Midwest Regionals

DePaul competes in third and final day of ITA Regionals
ANN ARBOR, Mich. - The DePaul women's tennis team finished their fall slate at the ITA Midwest Regionals on Saturday at the University of Michigan.
Yuliya Kizelbasheva competed in the singles main draw on Saturday and fell in her first matchup of the day to Wisconsin's Mukhortova.Â
Kizelbasheva continued her competition in the doubles main draw alongside Lenka Antonijevic. Kizelbasheva and Antonijevic fell in their matchup to Hand and Leong from Northwestern.
Three members of the Blue Demons competed in the consolation round of the singles bracket on Friday, Oct. 21. Hannah Smith, Greta Carbone and Mayya Perova were all defeated by their opponents from Notre Dame, Bowling Green and Western Michigan.
UP NEXT: The Blue Demons will begin their spring season on Jan. 14 at the NIU Invite in Dekalb, Ill.Â
