
DePaul Set to Take on Oklahoma State

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Following a hard-fought game Friday evening, the DePaul men's basketball team has a quick turnround to Sunday's matchup against Oklahoma State. The game serves as the third-place game in the Baha Mar Bahamas Championships.
Sunday's game tips off at 3:30 p.m. CT on CBS Sports Network with Chris Sylvester and Kyle Macy on the call. Radio broadcast will be available online at DePaulBlueDemons.com.
DePaul (3-1) dropped its first game of the 2022-23 season to Santa Clara, 61-69. After facing as large as a 17-point deficit, the Blue Demons clawed back within four but were unable to overtake Santa Clara. Umoja Gibson led DePaul in scoring for the second time this season with 18-points in addition to four assists and five rebounds.
THE SERIES
Sunday will be the first meeting between the two programs since Nov. 25, 2010 and the 21st all-time. Oklahoma State has won the last two meetings by a combined six points. DePaul's last win against the Cowboys came in 1953 in an 11-point victory.

Oklahoma State (2-2) was pushed to overtime against UCF Friday evening, eventually falling to the Knights, 60-56. Moussa Cisse led Oklahoma State Friday with his third-straight double-double, recording 14 points and 14 rebounds.
