PROVIDENCE, R.I. — A deep fly ball off the bat of Anna Wohlers drifted over the right field wall in the top of the 10th inning to give DePaul the go-ahead run in a 5-4 victory over Providence in Sunday's regular season finale. Wohlers' eighth home run of the season broke a four-inning scoring drought after Tori Meyer forced extra innings with her third RBI of the day on a single to right center field in the sixth inning.

The bottom half of the inning saw a leadoff walk and a base hit to left field but Lehman got out of the jam unscathed once again with her seventh strikeout of the day before inducing a 4-5 fielder's choice to close out the game.
