Blue Demons Close Out Gary Weineke Memorial Meet

DePaul finishes seventh meet of the outdoor season
CHAMPAIGN, Ill. - The DePaul track and field team completed the Gary Weineke Memorial Meet in Champaign, Ill. on Saturday afternoon.
Madison Volz earned a second place finish, and new personal best, in the women's 800m run, finishing with a final time of 2:15.89.
Following behind Volz were teammates Lauren Pacsi in fifth with a time of 2:18.43 and Lesley Viveros in sixth with a final time of 2:21.11.
Kindle Miles finished within the top five in the women's shot put, ending in fourth place with a final distance of 13.54m. Noelle Malkamaki followed up with a sixth place finish and a distance of 13.05m.
UP NEXT: The Blue Demons will conclude regular season competition at the Clark Woode Open in Louisville, Ky. on April 28-29. Events are scheduled to begin on Friday.
