Sven Moser and Leon Huck Earn CSC Academic All-District Honors

Two Blue Demons are featured and will move onto the National Ballot
CHICAGO – Sven Moser and Leon Huck of the DePaul men's tennis team have been named to the College Sport Communicators (CSC, formerly CoSIDA) Academic All-District Team.Â
ÂTo be nominated for the CSC Academic All-District ballot, a student-athlete must start or play in 50% of matches and earn a 3.50 cumulative grade point average.
ÂSven Moser played both doubles and singles for the majority of the matches this year. He went 9-13 in singles and 6-8 in doubles and jumped between the No. 4,5, and 6 singles positions for his 2023 dual season. The Bern, Switzerland native majors in psychology.Â
ÂLeon Huck had an outstanding dual season closing out with an impressive 16-8 singles record and a 12-8 doubles record. He went 4-2 in singles and 4-1 in doubles against his BIG EAST opponents. The Blue Demon earned BIG EAST First Team honors elected unanimously by the leagues' head coaches. The senior from Freiburg, Germany is majoring in Business Administration.Â
ÂWith their naming to the All-District team, Huck and Moser will advance to the national ballot for All-America honors.Â
