DePaul seeks first BIG EAST Tournament championship berth
OMAHA, Neb. – DePaul volleyball will continue their BIG EAST tournament run when they face host, AVCA No.5, and tournament No.1 seed Creighton on Friday, November 29. First serve is set for 2:30pm CT from D.J. Sokol Arena, with streaming on FloCollege here.
"What got us past St. John's was how technically sound we were and how well we executed in the dig to transition game," said head coach Marie Zidek.
"Then during moments, parts of our game got hot. We are going to need the same mindset and execution tomorrow. My group's confidence has grown by the day this year, and while we know who we have ahead, we are tough and going to let lose in serve and go for it. After taking a set off of them Friday, we will look to build on that success."
