Blue Demons blanked on Friday afternoon

NOTRE DAME, Ind. – DePaul women's tennis fell to Notre Dame 4-0 on Friday afternoon at the Eck Tennis Pavilion, snapping the Blue Demons three-match win streak.

The Fighting Irish ran out to an early advantage after taking doubles courts one and two.

In singles play, Notre Dame claimed decisive victories at No. 2, No. 3 and No. 6 to claim the match while Greta Carbone and Emily Casati battled in the second set before going unfinished.

Junior Eleanor Nobbs made her season debut at No. 1 singles.
