
DePaul Hits the Road Against #7 Marquette

MILWAUKEE – DePaul men's basketball makes the short trip north Wednesday evening to face #7/8 Marquette at Fiserv Forum. The Blue Demons and Golden Eagles are set to tip at 8 p.m. on FS1 with Matt Schumacker and Lavall Jordan on the call. Zach Zaidman and Dave Corzine will have the radio call on 670 The Score.
DePaul (3-22, 0-14 BIG EAST) comes off a hard-fought game against Providence on the road where the Friars won, 81-70. The Blue Demons were led by Jaden Henley and Elijah Fisher who both tallied 15 points. Fisher went a perfect 6-of-6 from the field in addition to four rebounds. Chico Carter Jr. returned after missing seven games with an injury where he contributed eight points and two assists.
Marquette (19-6, 9-2 BIG EAST) remains ranked in the top-10 nationally after dropping its last contest to #1 UConn. The Golden Eagles are 11-1 at home this season and are among the country's best in assist-to-turnover ratio and turnover margin. Tyler Kolek leads Marquette with 15.7 points and 7.2 assists per game.
The all-time series is led by Marquette 84-50, including the last three wins in the series.
