Track and Field Teams Earn All-Academic Honors

Track and field recognized for two team and seven athlete recognitions
CHICAGO – The DePaul men's and women's track and field teams have been honored as USTFCCCA All-Academic Teams, the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association announced. Seven Blue Demon student-athletes earned individual All-Academic honors for their impressive academic records, excelling both in competition and in the classroom.
To qualify for USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors, a team must hold at least a cumulative 3.0 grade-point average. The men's track and field team achieved a combined 3.383 GPA, while the women's track and field team earned a collective 3.452 GPA.
Kash Allen, Charlotte Anderson, Alex Berstein, Olivia Borowiak, Darius Brown, Billie Martin, and Jetta Mays each posted a minimum 3.25 cumulative grade-point average to earn All-Academic status.
All seven All-Academic athletes qualified for the 2024 NCAA Championships West Preliminary Rounds in May. Additionally, Allen, Brown, and Borowiak each won BIG EAST titles for their performances in the conference's Outdoor Championships.
