CHICAGO – DePaul men's soccer closes out a three-match road swing to start the season with a visit to St. Thomas on Thursday, Aug. 29. Kick off from South Field in St. Paul, Minn. has been moved up to 1 p.m. due to expected weather.

- DePaul enters the second week of the 2024 campaign 1-1 on the season with a convincing 4-3 win over crosstown rival UIC before dropping a 2-1 decision to now No. 12 Northwestern.
- Graduate forward Logan Finnegan has netted two goals in his first two games as a Blue Demon. The Wheaton, Ill. native notched the first tally of the season for DePaul before scoring the lone goal in the final minutes versus the Wildcats.
- Sophomore forward Keagan Pace put together a four-point performance in the opener against UIC with a pair of assists and a goal.
- Against the Flames, the Blue Demons' four goals were the most in a game since 2016 coming from four different goal scorers.
- Jordan Clagette and Grant Kelner recorded the first points of their careers on Sunday in Evanston, combining for an assist on Finnegan's successful strike.
- Four freshmen have seen the pitch early in their DePaul careers with Grant Kelner, Nolan McGuire, Max Padua and Daniel Hickiewicz making their debut on opening night.
- DePaul's five goals through the first week of the season ranks third in the BIG EAST.
- Sophomore defender Drew Clark is the lone Minnesotan on DePaul's 2024 roster while assistant coach Martin Alba spent the 2022 season on staff with the Tommies.
- The Tommies are 1-1 on the season via a season-opening 1-0 win over Northern Illinois and a 6-1 defeat at Gonzaga on Sunday, Aug. 25.
- Freshman midfielder John Bence netted the game-winner against the Huskies while UST's lone tally against the 'Zags came by way of an own goal.
- St. Thomas brought in 15 newcomers for the 2024 season including nine transfers and six freshmen.
- Midfielder's Gunnar Busch and Sidney Kerr were chosen Summit League Players to Watch while the Tommies were picked to finish fifth in the preseason coaches poll.

- DePaul and St. Thomas will meet for the second time ever on Thursday afternoon.
- The lone previous meeting came on Sept. 2, 2021, a 3-1 Blue Demons victory at Wish Field.

- The Blue Demons will open a four-match homestand on Labor Day, Monday, Sept. 2 when Drake visits Wish Field.
