Blue Demons travel to Xavier and Butler
CINCINNATI – DePaul volleyball is set for its final weekend of the regular season, Saturday and Sunday, with a pair of road matches against Xavier and Butler. The Blue Demons will face off against Xavier Saturday at 11:30 a.m. followed by a Sunday matchup against Butler at 12 p.m. Both matches will be available on ESPN+.

BLUE DEMON BITS
- DePaul split its final weekend of home matches against Seton Hall and Xavier, highlighted by a 3-0 sweep over the Pirates.
- Kendall Timme remains the Blue Demons offensive leader with 3.27 kills per set, while also contributing 2.13 digs.
- DePaul has recorded more than seven blocks in its last-four matches, highlighted by a season-high in conference play with 13 against Marquette.
- Timme has 17 matches this season with double-digit kill efforts.
- Freshman Eva Hurrle ranks second in the league with 4.25 digs per set.
SCOUTING XAVIER
- Xavier is in the midst of arguably its best season in program history with a 24-2 record, while boasting a 13-1 mark in conference play.
- The Musketeers sole loss in conference play came back in September against No. 16 Creighton, with Xavier on a 12-match win streak since then.
- McKinley Boehm leads Xavier and ranks second in conference play for hitting percentage (.386) and third in blocks per set (1.27).
- The Musketeers have a strong attack in the addition of Anna Taylor who is hitting .323 and Emma Grace who averages 3.34 kills and 3.13 digs per set.
SCOUTING BUTLER
- Butler is led offensively by Alaleh Tolliver with 3.74 digs per set. Tolliver also leads the team with 40 service aces on the season.
- The Bulldogs have a 12-15 overall record and are 5-9 in BIG EAST play.
- Butler is looking to snap a three-game losing streak with its last win coming Oct. 31 against Georgetown.
- The Bulldogs are 9-4 this season at home and 4-2 in conference games at Hinkle.
SERIES STUFF
- DePaul faces both programs for the second time this season, looking to avenge losses against the pair.
- Butler leads the all-time series 13-23 against DePaul and have won four of the last five.
- Xavier also leads the all-time meetings between the pair by an 11-20 margin. Prior to this season's meeting, DePaul had won four-straight against the Musketeers.
