Brown becomes one of two DePaul track and field student-athletes to earn three All-Americans
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – DePaul track and field's Darius Brown concluded his senior indoor season by securing his third All-American honor at the 2025 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships, held at the Virginia Beach Sports Center in Virginia Beach, Va. Brown's 10th-place finish in the men's 60m hurdles semifinal earned him a place on the All-America Second Team, making him one of just two athletes in program history to be named to three All-American teams.
Brown capped an outstanding 2025 indoor campaign by matching his personal best of 7.61 seconds in the 60m hurdles—tying his own school record and the BIG EAST Indoor Conference Championship meet record.
At the NCAA Championships, Brown narrowly missed advancing to the event final, finishing just two spots and two-hundredths of a second away from qualification. Brown's record-breaking indoor season solidifies his legacy as one of DePaul's best, and he now prepares to finish strong in his final outdoor season in a Blue Demon uniform.
