Took 23rd in the Mile Run (4:30.17) at the Indiana Relays (1/28)
A member of the 4x800 relay team that took seventh (7:49.00) at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships (2/25)
A member of the Distance Medley Relay team that won (10:32.56) the Chicagoland Championships (2/11) and took fifth (10:05.65) at the BIG EAST Indoor Championships (2/24).

Outdoor:

Competed in five meets
Took seventh in the 800m Run (1:59.97) at the Benedictine NCAA Challenge (4/8)
Took eighth in the 5000m Run (16:29.99) at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invite (4/29)
Took fourth in the 1500m Run (3:57.47) at the Benedictine NCAA Challenge (4/8)
Took tenth in the 10,000m Run (34:04.33) at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships (5/12).

Prior to DePaul

Ran three years at Siena for the Saints' cross country and track & field teams
Placed 34th at the 2013 MAAC Cross Country Championships (11/1) and finished with an 8k time of 27:23.1
Posted a top 8k time of 26:01.7 at the Rider XC Invite (9/19)
Ran in two NCAA Northeast Regionals (2013 and 2015)
Member of the All-MAAC Academic Team.

High School

Helped his high school team to three district 3-AAAAA championships
Reached a personal best 5k cross country time of 15:43
In track, posted personal bests of 4:24 in the 1600m and 1:57 in the 800m
Totaled five District 3-AAAAA championships, 11 state qualifications and an All-State (AAAAA) qualification.

Personal
