Faithe Ways joined DePaul as Senior Associate Athletics Director for NCAA Compliance in October 2024, overseeing all of DePaul's NCAA compliance operations. Ways comes to DePaul following two years at University of Washington where she served as the Assistant AD for Compliance.

Ways began her career in NCAA compliance in 2016 where she served as an assistant at Georgia State, before transitioning into a full-time role at Weber State. Ways was then hired at Central Michigan as the Assistant AD of Compliance, later being elevated to the Associate AD role she held until her time of departure.

Prior to embarking on a career in collegiate athletics, Ways served as the Police Board of Commissioners Investigator for the City of Detroit.

Ways earned a BA of Journalism from Purdue University before later earning a Master's in Public Administration from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. While earning her masters degree, Ways served as a graduate assistant for the women's basketball program.
