- Made an instant impact in the midfield, starting all 21 matches
- Had a shot on goal against Loyola Chicago, Creighton and Butler

High School:
- Daughter of 1980s DePaul basketball standout and former NBA player Kevin Edwards, this talented athlete was an Illinois High School Soccer Coaches Association All-State selection and also made the Chicago Sun-Times All-Area team
- All-conference and all-sectional pick led the Scouts to the 2014 Class 2A state title with a goal in the 2-1 victory over Normal West
- Scored 13 goals her senior year and led Lake Forest to the IHSA Sweet 16 as a freshman and sophomore and the Elite Eight as a junior
- Played for Team Illinois at the ODP Championships and led her club team FC United to the semifinals of the USYSA Region II Midwest Championship last season
- State title and regional semifinals in 2012 and the Midwest Regional League championship in 2013
- Is a published author and winner of a student-writing competition.
