Rich Kim has been a part of the DePaul sports performance staff since January 2020 and as assistant director he works with the women’s basketball, men’s soccer, women’s tennis and volleyball programs. Prior to DePaul, he was a graduate assistant and intern at Northwestern from 2018-20 and managed the sports performance efforts for swimming and diving, women’s cross country and women’s fencing programs.
He is a member of the National Strength & Conditioning Association and earned his Kinesiology degree in 2016 from Northern Illinois.
