Okatie, S.C. - Fighting not only the Bobcats, the DePaul men's golf team also battled chilly, windy and raining conditions in its match against Ohio University on Saturday at the Chechessee Creek Club. Ohio took the match-play round 4-1.
Moritz Ackerhans and Adrian Halimi halved their respective matches to put the Blue Demons on the board, but DePaul could not muster points the rest of the day.
John Pavelko battled, but dropped his match 2-1. Both Russell Budd and Jan Juelicher fell in their respective matches, 3-2.
DePaul returns to the course at the Wexford Plantation for the eighth annual Wexford Intercollegiate, Feb. 18-19 in Hilton Head, S.C.
