DePaul Prepares for Cross-Town Rival Chicago State

CHICAGO- The DePaul men's tennis team continues its homestand on Friday, Jan. 27 at 7:15 p.m. when it hosts Chicago State on the courts of the Lakeshore Sport & Fitness.

DePaul (3-0) looks to extend its three-match win streak against the Cougars (0-3).

Last weekend, the Blue Demons defeated Detroit 5-2 and Green Bay 6-1.

Nathan de Veer, the BIG EAST Men's Tennis Athlete of the Week, etched an overall 4-0 mark at the top spot in singles and doubles action last weekend. He boasts a three-match win streak in singles and in doubles with Alex Galoustian.

DePaul holds an 8-0 series lead over Chicago State.
