Clousing Brightens Up DePaul's Weekend

Back-to-back wins propel senior to ITA Midwest Regional Round of 16
ANN ARBOR, Mich. – Keisha Clousing emerged as the bright spot of the weekend for DePaul on Saturday.
The senior from Wheaton won back-to-back singles matches in the main draw of the ITA Midwest Regional Championships at Michigan to earn a spot in Sunday's Round of 16.
The last remaining Blue Demon in the women's tennis tournament began the day with a 6-1, 7-5 victory over Samantha Memije of Michigan State.
That set up a second-round showdown against Anca Craciun of Michigan, and Clousing maintained her momentum with a 6-1, 4-6, 6-3 triumph.
Once the doubles quarterfinals and semifinals are completed tomorrow at the Wolverines' Varsity Tennis Center, Clousing will face Northwestern's Clarissa
Hand.
Success on Sunday would advance Clousing to the singles quarterfinals on Monday.
