Golf Announces 2018-19 Schedule

Blue Demons start season in mid-September at EKU Intercollegiate
CHICAGO – The DePaul golf program has set its schedule for the 2018-19 season that opens Sept. 15-16 at the EKU Intercollegiate. The Blue Demons are scheduled for four fall tournaments and one match against Loyola followed by four spring events leading into the BIG EAST Championship.
DePaul opens the season on Sept. 15-16 at the EKU Intercollegiate in Richmond, Ky. before playing in the SIUE Derek Dolenc Invitational from Sept. 24-25. October features three events starting Oct. 15-16 at the Flyer Invitational hosted by Dayton followed by Xavier's Muskies Classic on Oct. 21-23. The final event of the fall schedule is a match against Loyola-Chicago on Oct. 29 at Evanston Golf Club. A day before the 36-hole match between the Blue Demons and Ramblers, alumni from both programs will play in an alumni match-play event.
DePaul will play at least six events in 2019 beginning with the Earl Yestingsmeier Match Play tournament in Dade City, Fla. from Feb. 11-12. The Blue Demons travel to Goodyear, Ariz. for the Loyola (Md.) Intercollegiate on Feb. 23-25 followed by the North Alabama Spring Classic in Fort City, Ala. on March 25-26. The month of March wraps up in Peoria on March 30-31 at the Bradley Spring Invitational.
DePaul plays its final event before the BIG EAST Championship on April 21-22 at the Hawkeye Invitational. The annual BIG EAST Championship is scheduled for April 26-28 at Callawassie Island Club in Okatie, S.C.
