Men's Soccer Falls to Indiana to End Exhibition Season

CHICAGO - The DePaul men's soccer team fell to the No. 2 Indiana Hoosiers Saturday evening in their final exhibition match of 2019, 3-1, at Jerry Yeagley Field at Bill Armstrong Stadium.
Indiana was quick to strike, taking a 1-0 lead in the fourth minute. About 20 minutes later, the Hoosiers would find themselves up by two. DePaul's Max de Bruijne would cut that lead in half in the 56nd minute.
The Hoosiers would add one one more insurance goal before time expired and the match ended.
DePaul opens the regular season on Friday, Aug. 30 against Northern Illinois at 4:00 p.m.
