CHICAGO - DePaul played to a scoreless 0-0 double overtime draw on Thursday afternoon against the Samford Bulldogs on Wish Field. This is the second consecutive draw at home for the Blue Demons, who now sit 3-4-2 on the season.Â
Forward Morgan Turner put the pressure on the Bulldogs, tallying four shots on the day, every one of them on goal. Kristin Boos would fire off seven shots, two landing on goal. Those six would account for Bulldog keeper Morgan McCaslan's six saves.Â
Despite DePaul's efforts in controlling possession for a majority of the game, Samford's defense stymied most of the Blue Demons' chances on goal.Â
