DePaul and Creighton kick off at 2 p.m.
CHICAGO - DePaul women's soccer hosts the Creighton Bluejays at Wish Field on Thursday for the program's annual Pink Game in honor of those who have battled or are battling breast cancer. After back-to-back losses against some of the top squads in the conference, the Blue Demons look to get back on track in their return to Wish Field. Thursday's match with Creighton will kick off at 2 p.m. and will be broadcast on the BIG EAST Digital Network on FloSports presented by SoFi.
DePaul holds a 7-2 edge in the all-time series versus Creighton but the Bluejays were able to claim the latter of two matches between the sides this spring. DePaul claimed a 2-1 overtime win over the Bluejays in the first matchup last spring before falling on the road in the season finale, 2-1.
DOWN THE STRETCH
DePaul (6-9, 3-4 BIG EAST) looks to snap a two-match losing streak this week, hosting a pair of BIG EAST matches against Creighton on Thursday and Providence on Sunday. The Blue Demon go down the stretch of the BIG EAST season with hopes to finish in the top six of the league to advance to the BIG EAST Championship. DePaul currently sits in eighth place with three matches remaining.
