DePaul searches for third-straight BIG EAST win
CHICAGO - DePaul women's soccer hosts the Connecticut Huskies for a Sunday afternoon tilt at Wish Field in Chicago. First touch is scheduled for 1 p.m. CT and the match will be broadcast on the BIG EAST Digital Network on FloSports presented by SoFi.
DePaul has won back-to-back conference matchups, topping Villanova and Seton Hall. The Blue Demons cruised to a 3-0 win over Seton Hall on the road on Thursday evening. DePaul posted its second shutout of the season behind a strong effort by goalkeeper Mollie Eriksson and the rest of the Blue Demon defense. Morgan Turner scored a pair of goals while Kristin Boos added another, along with an assist.

Graduate student Morgan Turner has led the Blue Demon offense this fall, tallying a team-high nine goals. Turner has 31 career goals as a Blue Demon and has moved into fourth-place all-time. Turner's hat trick versus Villanova was the second of her career. Turner scored twice in the Blue Demons win on Thursday over Seton Hall. DePaul has posted a 17-1-1 record during Turner's career in matches when the forward has found the back of the net. With five goals in conference play this season, Turner leads the BIG EAST in conference scoring. Turner has three more goals in BIG EAST action than any other player in the league.

UCONN NOTES
- UConn holds a 6-5 record and a 2-2 clip in BIG EAST play. The Huskies will take on Marquette on Thursday.
- The Blue Demons will be looking for their first win ever versus the Huskies. The sides have not met since UConn rejoined the BIG EAST. The last meeting came in 2012.
- The Huskies have three players on the roster with a pair of goals while eight different UConn players have scored this fall. Jaydah Bedoya leads the Huskies with 27 shots this season.
- Head coach Margaret Rodriguez is in her fourth season as the head coach of the Huskies. She spent 10 seasons as an assistant before being named head coach in 2018.
