Women’s Tennis Concludes Fall Competition at Spartan Invite

Stula goes undefeated in singles during last weekend of fall competition
EAST LANSING, Mich. - DePaul women's tennis closed out their fall 2023 slate at the Spartan Invite, hosted by Michigan State.
The team earned a 4-2 record in doubles play, as Yuliya Kizelbasheva and Emily Casasti, as well as Eva Goncharov and Eleanor Nobbs went undefeated in their matchups against Ball State and Toledo.
Freshman Sasha Stula went 3-0 in singles matchups this weekend, defeating her opponents from Toledo, Michigan State and Ball State.
On the final day of competition, the Blue Demons went 4-0 against Ball State in singles play. Eleanor Nobbs, Greta Carbone, Emily Casati and Stula all notched wins in the final matches of the fall season.
DePaul will open up dual action on Friday, Jan. 12, 2024 as they pay a visit to Florida Gulf Coast. Following the match in Fort Myers, Fla., the Blue Demons will visit Florida International on Monday, Jan. 15.
