Blue Demons will travel to face Marquette and #6 Creighton
CHICAGO- DePaul continues their four-match road swing when they head to Milwaukee, Wis. on Friday, October 18 to face the Marquette Golden Eagles. First serve is slated for 7 p.m. CT. They conclude the weekend against #6 Creighton on Sunday, October 20 at 12 p.m. CT in Omaha, Neb. Both matches can be streamed on FloSports here and here.
"These two opportunities are great for our development as a team," said head coach Marie Zidek.
"We have been hitting higher ends of our game, getting our middles involved more often, increasing the kill count per set, getting more from our defense, and spreading distribution around better. The two matches ahead will require us to do those things at a high level and hold this temperature for long periods of time. Both Marquette and Creighton have enjoyed success by proving they can touch these boiling points and hold their game at those points often. We need to remain composed and enjoy who we can become by playing these teams. There is nothing to lose this weekend, only much to gain."
