Henares Stellar Day Leads Blue Demons in Round Two

MOBILE, ALA. – A three-under par performance by Ryder Henares propelled DePaul golf to move up four placements Monday afternoon at the Mobile Bay Intercollegiate. DePaul finished the day in seventh place with four golfers in the top-50.
Henares had one of his best rounds of the season with a 68, shaving eight strokes off his day one performance. Billy Gneiser followed going 71, even on par for the day to move into a tie for 34th place individually. Artemiy Yalovenko rounded out the top-50 individuals for the Blue Demons, tied for 46th overall.
The team's began round three Monday evening and will conclude the round Tuesday morning with a tentative tee time of 9 a.m. CT.
