Golf Announces 2024-25 Schedule

Schiene prepares for final season
CHICAGO – DePaul men's golf announced its schedule for the upcoming 2024-25 season, Thursday morning.
The Blue Demons will kick off head coach Marty Scheine's final season as head coach on Sept. 14 where they will take part in the Golden Grizzlies Classic in Rochester Hills, Mich. Following that DePaul will return to the Zach Johnson Invitational, hosted by Drake University, on Sept. 23-24.
After the opening two weekends of play, DePaul will take a break from competition ahead of the Dunes Club Invitational on Oct. 7 in New Buffalo, Mich. DePaul rounds out the fall slate at the Dayton Flyer Invitational, Oct. 21-22, and the HCU Huskies Fall Golf, Oct. 28-29.
DePaul opens spring play in West Palm Beach, Fla. as a part of BIG EAST Match Play, Feb. 3-4, before heading west to the Lake Las Vegas Intercollegiate Feb. 24-26. A month later, the Blue Demons return to the west coast for the UC San Diego Men's Golf Invitational, March 23-25. The month ends at the Don Benbow Butler Invitational, March 31-April 1.
The month of April opens in Bloomington, Ind. at the Hoosier Collegiate Invitational, April 5-6. As a final tune-up before postseason, the Blue Demons will travel to nearby West Lafayette, Ind. for the Boilermaker Intercollegiate, April 19-20.
BIG EAST Championships are set for April 25-28 in Okatie, S.C. at Callawassie Island Country Club.
The Blue Demons roster features five returners from the 2022-23 season and three newcomers, a pair of freshmen in Rohan Gopaldas and Dominic Lucchesi. Graduate transfer, Hank Schaefer, rounds of the 2024-25 roster for DePaul.
