Blue Demons host first BIG EAST Conference opponent at home
CHICAGO – DePaul women's soccer returns to Wish Field for a conference battle against Butler on Thursday, Sept. 26, with kickoff set for 4 p.m. CT. Fans can catch the action on Marquee Sports Network, with live stats available on StatBroadcast.
DePaul (2-5-2, 0-1-0 BIG EAST) recently fell to then-No. 23 Xavier on Sunday, Sept. 22, in a 3-0 decision. Elena Milam and the Blue Demons recorded five saves but could not counter the Musketeers' offense in their BIG EAST Conference opener in Cincinnati.
Butler (6-2-1, 1-0-0) travels from Indiana after securing a 1-0 victory in their conference opener against Marquette on Sunday, Sept. 22. Junior Amelie Darey scored the only goal of the match, assisted by Abigail Isger. The Bulldogs aim for their fourth consecutive win on Thursday evening.
