DePaul Rounds Out 2026 Signing Class

Noah Smith joins Andrew Jensen and Mason Lockett IV
CHICAGO – DePaul men's basketball officially added Noah Smith to its 2026 signing class Tuesday, joining previously announced signees Andrew Jensen and Mason Lockett IV. All three future Blue Demons are set to arrive on campus for the 2026-27 season.
"We are excited about the addition of Noah to our program," said head coach Chris Holtmann. "He is a talented young man with positional size, length and skill. He is a versatile player who can play inside and out and impact the game in multiple ways. Noah's best days are ahead of him, and our staff is eager to help him continue to grow."
Noah Smith | 6-8 | Forward | Plainfield, Ind. | Plainfield High School
A consensus top-150 recruit, Smith brings length and athleticism to the Blue Demons. As a junior at Plainfield High School, he averaged 16.8 points, 7.8 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.5 blocks per game. Smith was named to the Indiana Basketball Coaches Association Underclass Supreme 15 Team and earned Junior All-Star honors last season. He is ranked 72nd nationally by Rivals150 and is the No. 4 prospect in Indiana by ESPN.

Andrew Jensen | 6-10 | Forward | Kaukauna, Wis. | Kaukauna High School
Jensen, the Blue Demons first commit of the 2026 class, had a standout junior season at Kaukauna High School where he averaged 17.2 points, 10.7 rebounds and 2.3 assists. Jensen earned First Team All-Fox Valley Association accolades and is the No. 3 overall player in the class of 2026 from Wisconsin. Jensen played on the UAA circuit for Fundamental U's Elevate Team.
Mason Lockett IV | 6-5 | Guard | Plainfield, Ill. | Oswego East High School
Lockett IV is a versatile guard who is ranked as the No. 3 prospect in the Class of 2026 by the City/Suburban Hoops Report. As a junior at Oswego East, Lockett IV averaged 16.4 points, 6.4 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 2.0 steals while earning First Team Southwest Prairie Conference honors. Additionally, he has played on the AAU circuit for Young & Reckless.
