Blue Demons open BIG EAST competition Saturday at Wish Field
CHICAGO – DePaul women's soccer begins BIG EAST play when it hosts nationally ranked No. 23 Xavier on Saturday, Sept. 20, at Wish Field. The match kicks off at 1 p.m. CT and will be streamed live on Marquee Sports Network, with live stats available here.
The Blue Demons (3-5) return home after a narrow setback at Western Michigan on Saturday, Sept. 13. Heading into league-play, Katelyn Jamie leads the attack with three goals, while Tessa Fagerson (2 goals, 1 assist) and Mya Gardner (2 goals) have provided timely key contributions. Nahla Dominguez added her first career tally earlier this month, converting a penalty kick in the win at Eastern Michigan. In net, Mason Hillery has started all eight matches, logging 675 minutes with two shutouts and 19 saves.
