Blue Demons Welcome Bluejays

DePaul and Creighton kick off at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday
CHICAGO - DePaul women's soccer hosts the Creighton Bluejays at Wish Field on Sunday afternoon for a 1:00 p.m. CT kickoff. The Blue Demons are back in action after having their midweek matchup at Xavier postponed due to COVID-19 issues within the Musketeers program.
The last time DePaul (1-2, 0-2 BIG EAST) hit the pitch, the Blue Demons dropped a 2-0 decision against the Marquette Golden Eagles. DePaul is searching for its first conference win of the spring season. Creighton (0-2, 0-1 BIG EAST) enters Sunday's match after losing its BIG EAST opener to Xavier, 1-0.Â
DePaul leads the all-time series against the Bluejays with a 6-1 record. However, Creighton's lone victory came in the teams' last meeting during the 2019 season. Creighton has been outscored 5-1 this season with its lone goal coming in a 3-1 loss to Minnesota State-Mankato in an exhibition match.Â
