Blue Demons Set for Sunday Matchup with Wisconsin

DePaul and Wisconsin kick off at 3 p.m. in Madison
CHICAGO - DePaul men's soccer takes on the Wisconsin Badgers on Sunday in Madison, Wis. at 3 p.m. The Blue Demons and Badgers square off at McClimon Track/Soccer Complex and the match will be broadcast on BTN+.
DePaul enters the matchup with a 1-1 record after a win over St. Thomas at Wish Field on Thursday. Marek Gonda scored twice and Santi Rodriguez notched the go-ahead goal in the second half. Gonda, Rodriguez and Jack Richards have all found the goal column for the Blue Demons this season.
The Badgers will be searching for their first win of the 2021 campaign. Wisconsin is coming off of a 0-0 draw at home versus Western Michigan on Thursday night. The Blue Demons and Badgers will square off for the seventh time ever and the first time since 2013. DePaul will be looking to claim its first win of the all-time matchup.
