DePaul takes on No. 24 Michigan in Ann Arbor

CHICAGO - DePaul women's soccer travels to Ann Arbor, Mich. for a matchup versus No. 24 Michigan on Sunday at Noon CT. The Blue Demons are looking to get back in the win column after being held scoreless in a 1-0 loss versus Milwaukee on Thursday night. Sunday's match versus the Wolverines will be broadcast on BTN+.

The Blue Demons and Wolverines square off for the second time ever after Michigan claimed a 3-1 back in 2011. After taking on Iowa in the season opener, Michigan will be the second of three Big Ten opponents on the Blue Demons' 2021 non-conference slate.

After two consecutive wins last week versus Oakland and UIC, the Blue Demons were held in check on Thursday night in Milwaukee. A first half Milwaukee goal was the difference as the Panthers improved to 4-0 on the season and have now outscored opponents 21-0 this season.

Michigan is heading into Sunday's match after being defeated by USC in overtime on Friday night. The 1-0 loss was the first of the season for the Wolverines.

Michigan holds a 4-1 record and has outscored opponents 12-2 this season.
Head coach Jennifer Klein is beginning her third season as the head coach of the Wolverines. Michigan's 4-0 start was the best in the Klein era and the best since 2013.
Seven different Wolverines have scored this season. Nicki Hernandez leads the team with three goals.
Michigan enters the match with 298 wins as a varsity program.
