DePaul Begins Outdoor Track and Field Season at UCF Black and Gold Invite

The Blue Demons kick off outdoor season in Orlando, Fla.
CHICAGO – DePaul track and field begins their outdoor season on Friday at the Black and Gold Invite, hosted by the University of Central Florida.Â
Eight Blue Demons will travel to Orlando, Fla. to take part in the weekend matchups. Tori Carroll, Jaiah Hopf, Billie Martin, Jetta Mays, Cameron Attucks, Alex Berstein, Darius Brown and Jarel Terry will all be making their way down to Orlando.Â
Action will begin on Friday afternoon at 1 p.m. when Carroll competes in the women's long jump. Both the men's and women's 200m dash will follow.
Saturday's slate will begin at 8 a.m. as Martin participates in the hammer throw. Bernstein will follow up in the men's hammer. On the oval, Brown will participate in the 110m hurdles while Terry will follow in the men's 400m. The Blue Demons will finish up the Black and Gold Invite with Carrol, Mays and Attucks participating in the 100m dashes. Â
