Women’s Soccer Visits Providence in Halloween Showdown

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – DePaul women's soccer heads to Providence, R.I., for a Thursday, Oct. 31 match against the Friars, set for 5 p.m. CT at Chapey Field at Anderson Stadium. Fans can catch the action on the BIG EAST Digital Network and FloSports, with Mike Mancuso on the call.

As the BIG EAST Conference wraps up its regular season on Halloween, DePaul (5-7-5, 3-3-3 BIG EAST) aims to secure the sixth seed in the BIG EAST Tournament. The Blue Demons enter the match following their sixth shutout of the season on Sunday, Oct. 27, against St. John's — the most shutouts for the team since 2021.

Providence (6-9-2, 3-5-1 BIG EAST) will be looking to notch its first win in three games, following a 3-3 draw against Villanova on Sunday, Oct. 27. The Friars held a 3-0 lead at halftime but conceded three goals in the final nine minutes, settling for a point in the conference standings.
