Blue Demons Visit Western Michigan to Close Non-Conference Slate

DePaul looks to jump back to .500 after shutout over Eastern Michigan
KALAMAZOO, Mich. – DePaul women's soccer concludes its non-conference schedule when it heads to Kalamazoo, Mich. to take on Western Michigan on Saturday, Sept. 13. First touch is set for 1 p.m. CT at the WMU Soccer Complex. The match will stream live on ESPN+ with Evan Stockton and Jordan Lass on the call, with live stats available here.
The Blue Demons (3-4) enter looking to even their record before BIG EAST play, coming off a 1-0 shutout of Eastern Michigan. Nahla Dominguez netted her first career goal on a 66th-minute penalty kick, while Mason Hillery secured her second career clean sheet with three saves.
Western Michigan (4-1) enters Saturday riding a three-match win streak, including a 4-1 victory over Detroit Mercy last weekend. The Broncos were picked fifth in the Mid-American Conference Preseason Poll and are led by veteran forward Abby Werthman, who recently tallied her 50th career goal.
