Noeh Hernandez Named to BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll

Blue Demon senior netted three goals in two-game stretch
CHICAGO – DePaul senior midfielder Noeh Hernandez was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll, the conference office announced Monday.
Hernandez scored three goals across two matches last week, helping the Blue Demons to a win and a draw. He scored twice, including the game-winner, in DePaul's 3-1 victory over Western Illinois on Aug. 27, then followed it up three days later against Loyola, equalizing in the 55th minute to erase a two-goal deficit in a 3-3 draw on Aug. 30.
The senior was efficient with his chances, going 3-for-4 on shots on goal during the stretch.
Hernandez's three goals on the season lead DePaul and are tied for second in the BIG EAST. His seven points rank third in the conference.
With Sunday's performance against Loyola, Hernandez moved into 10th place in program history in career points, reaching 50 through 50 appearances as a Blue Demon.
DePaul returns to action Thursday, Sept. 3, with a trip across town to take on UIC. First touch from Flames Field is set for 7 p.m.
