Quotes
From Head coach Mark Plotkin
On Drew Nuelle's performance today...
"Drew played great and came up big for us today. Georgetown is a very dynamic team. Our defense held strong and limited as many opportunities as they could, but when you play teams like Georgetown, they find ways to get shots off and that's where we need Drew to come up with quality saves and he's been doing that for us."
On the defensive end of things...
"Max and the entire back line out in a great shift today. Losing Brayden hurt, but Josh Bowser and Anton Sell filled in and got the job done. I thought Max and Saša had great performances today to make big plays inside the box defensively. Their heart and spirit was fantastic today."
On his squad...
"Overall I'm just proud of this team. No matter what the circumstances, we keep fighting and find our way back in games. Max, Mike and Zach connected on the counter attack to get us back into the game and these guys battled all the way through overtime."
