DePaul Closes Homestand Against Seton Hall Thursday

CHICAGO – DePaul women's soccer plays host to Seton Hall on Thursday, Oct. 17, with kickoff set for 3 p.m. CT at Wish Field in Lincoln Park. Fans can follow the action on the BIG EAST Digital Network/FloSports and StatBroadcast.
Thursday's match will be DePaul's Kick Cancer Match, encouraging fans to support the fight against cancer by wearing a colored ribbon.
DePaul (3-5-5, 1-1-3 BIG EAST) earned its first ranked victory in five seasons with a 1-0 win over then-No. 18 Georgetown on Sunday, Oct. 6. Beth Smyth and Elena Milam played key roles in the Blue Demons' success against the Hoyas, with both earning BIG EAST weekly honors for Offensive Player and Goalkeeper of the Week. DePaul has lost only one match since Sept. 1.
Seton Hall (4-7-3, 1-2-2 BIG EAST) fell to No. 20 Xavier in a 3-0 decision on Sunday, Oct. 13. The Pirates' last win came on Oct. 6 against Providence, when Chiara Pucci scored her third goal of the season to secure a 1-0 victory. Seton Hall enters Thursday with a 1-5-2 record on the road.
