DePaul Heads East for BIG EAST Series at Providence

Blue Demons look to build on first conference series win as they take on Friars
CHICAGO – DePaul softball is set to travel to Providence for a three-game BIG EAST series, March 20–22.
Due to expected inclement weather, the series will now begin with a doubleheader on Friday. First pitch for game one is set for 1 p.m. CT, with game two scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m. The series finale will be played on Saturday, with first pitch still scheduled for 12 p.m.

- DePaul enters the weekend at 12–15 overall and 3–3 in BIG EAST play after securing its first conference series win of the season last weekend against Georgetown.
- The Blue Demons rank second in the BIG EAST with 46 stolen bases.
- Sophomore Chelsea Parker ranks second in the conference with 27 RBIs.
- Jolie Adams leads the Blue Demons with a .431 batting average.
